In the course of a long career in financial services, I moved through various management positions to the top level of one of the biggest foreign Asset Management Companies in Germany. A precise instinct for market developments, international experience and honest respect for the people I met on my way were decisive factors in this achievement. My key responsibilities included strategy, business development, innovation, the supervision of change processes and mergers. Developing and implementing effective business or integration plans was often a central element of my tasks.

Today I offer my skills and my experience in the function of an independent consultant or as a member of advisory boards, expert committees and supervisory boards. Strategic questions, positioning in the market, business and sales models, advice on considered mergers and acquisitions and the monitoring of integration projects in the financial sector are still focal aspects of my work.
